The holiday season is approaching. It’s a time when many of us grow anxious and stressed over creating the “perfect holiday.” Together, let’s decide to remove perfection from our vocabulary and believe that “good enough is good enough.”
I wander if Santa is a techie list-maker or an old-fashioned pen-and-paper sort? After all, ’tis the season to become fried, frazzled, and forgotten without a list or two. Whether it’s electronic or on paper, he — and you — can make a daily Holiday List that is realistic and achievable to help reduce the seasonal stress and anxiety.
Prioritize your list by importance: order each task on your list from the most important to the least important items. Ask yourself what can be delegated to other people, such as co-workers, friends, or family members. And ask yourself these questions:
Once you’ve answered these questions and performed the suggestions below, you’ll have written a Holiday To-Do List to be proud of!
