Mike Miles received his Master of Religious Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, in Ft. Worth, Texas. After serving in ministry roles for over 20 years, he moved into non-profit management, development, and consulting. As Director with a foster care and adoption agency, Mike oversaw seven district offices throughout Texas. He was responsible for record breaking growth and infrastructure changes that resulted in providing a higher quality of care and service to the foster children and families. As a public speaker, he has conducted 100’s of trainings for small and large groups and has been the keynote speaker at many events. Mike is genuinely passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others. Under Mike’s leadership while working with a strong and committed Board of Directors, a talented and dedicated staff, outstanding group leaders, and a phenomenal group of volunteers, DAPS has more than double its services and locations. He has found working with DAPS a very rewarding way to help and serve people.
