This tasty and “good for you” recipe is one of my favorites. It is super healthy, uses no oil), quite delicious and best of all, it takes minutes to make! Hummus is low in saturated fat and high in fiber, and it also offers complex carbohydrates to make you feel satisfied and full. It is a powerhouse of protein and good vitamins and minerals; it also promotes heart health and boosts your energy.
Another reason to love hummus is its versatility. You can use it as a tasty dip with some warm pita and a beautiful vegetable plate, or you can pair it with a salad and make a full meal out of it. What’s not to love?
