The family came from distant cities to gather for the weekend: the occasion was to celebrate the birth of the newest member of the family – Little Miss Grace. As family members prepared dinner for everyone, Elaine served this delicious clam dip – still warm from the oven. It was a joyous evening, even for the guest of honor who was snoozing in the bassinet.
You can make this recipe earlier in the day and refrigerate. Suggest letting it sit out for 30 minutes and lightly remixing before putting into the oven.
Serve and enjoy!
